with those, Robredo said that she would resign from her post on the first day in office when she and Duterte wins.
According to the 1987 constitution, if the Vice President position is vacant the next in line to the vice president is the president of the Senate. He is followed by the speaker of the House of Representatives.
In order to suceed this position, one must become a Senate president.
