Duterte cant help but bust into tears when he visits his parents' graves at around 3 am, as unofficial/partial election results shows. Duterte was on the lead ahead of his rivals for the presidency.This happens on Tuesday, May 10 at 3 am where he visits parents Vicente and Soleng's graves.
